Job Title: Facilities Coordinator (Part-Time, up to 30 hours/week)

We prioritize excellence in every aspect of our operations, including the management of our facilities. We are currently seeking a talented Facilities Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.

Position Overview:

As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and the coordination of maintenance of our facilities. You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of facility management, including vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinating with the Board of Directors and schedule maintenance and repair work for the facility, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and contractors, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.

· Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.

· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service contracts, and warranties.

· Manage inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for facility maintenance.

· Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to facility management and safety.

· Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and address issues as they arise.

· Collaborate with other departments to support facility-related initiatives and projects.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and building codes.

· Maintain a log of any required annual inspections & license renewals.

· Coordinate with the venue manager to assist as needed in the venue operations.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in facility management or a related field preferred.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors, staff, and stakeholders.

· Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Bilingual Prefered

· High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in facility management or related field preferred.
